Error description

• A buildup of QM shared memory object data occurs and a
  subsequent CQM1217W message when running QM 3.4 in zIIP offload
  mode.
  

Local fix

• We recommend cycling the Db2 Query Monitor CQC started task
  (STC) if message CQM1217W is encountered
