Error description

• Using IDz v16.0.2 code coverage, when many code coverage results
  (> 10) are exported into one PDF file, the "File and Message"
  section of the PDF file will display part of its text
  overlapping with footer information of the page.

• This problem is fixed in versions 16.0.6 and 17.0.0 for the
