  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides a TCz enhancement.   *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR delivers a new TCz parameter that can be used to
  isolate all GRANT operations on objects to a single, separate
  TCz job ADBGRANT, as opposed to multiple TCz jobs. This offers
  a simple and flexible way to manage Db2 GRANT statements should
  such statements be handled by a different department or DBA that
  has the appropriate authority to do so. This setup is also ideal
  for customer sites that wish not to submit the ADBGRANT job if
  permissions and security is done by other means. They can use
  the job as guidance on what objects needs authorization.
