PH62389: AFTER ENHANCEMENT FOR PH61739, INTERACTIVE COMPONENT FAILS SYSTEMATICALLY

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Any attempt to run the ISPF interactive component (e.g. invoked
  with the INZHPU clist) fails without issuing any error message
  or after having issued the following error messages:
  PLIB002E : SYNTAX ERROR ON LINE 295
        IN THE MEMBER INZUTIL OF THE PARMLIB
  PLIB100I : PARMLIB = HINZ520.SINZPARM
  This occurs if the enhancement for PH61739 has been applied and
  activated by running the customization jobs related to the
  INZTVAR and INZPARM templates because the INZUTIL member has an
  empty line and a blank in column 1 in the vicinity of the
  settings for the ULLOCKBH parmlib parameter, as in the example
  below:

• Local fix: update the INZTUTIL member from the parmlib
  (SINZPARM) library to add an asterisk (*) in the first
  column of the blank line and remove the extra blank from the
  beginning of the line " * OPTION TO MODIFY THE LOCK
  BEHAVIOUR"", as shown below:
