Error description

• The customer encountered the following :
  
  DFHSM0002 A severe error (code X'3016') has occurred in module
  DFHSMSU.
  
  and it appears that this happened as a result of applying
  PTF UI97120

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A Liberty task defined with             *
  *                      TASKDATAKEY(USER) and ISOLATE(YES) is   *
  *                      running on a T8 TCB. The region has     *
  *                      TRANISO=YES set.                        *
  *                      Message DFHSM0002 code X'3016' in       *
  *                      module DFHSMSU is issued with a dump.   *
  ****************************************************************
  When DFHSMSU was changed to avoid problems if the switch to QR
  loses control on a lock, two places were exposed in add_subspace
  where obtain_alet may be called without a switch to QR.
  If a task running on a T8 TCB takes one of these paths for a
  steal_alet call, the task will fail as the T8 TCB does not own
  the DU_AL list for QR's ALETs.

  in DFHSMSU issued with a dump.
  Exception trace entries issued -
  SM 3018 SMSU  *EXC* ALET_steal_commencing
  SM 3016 SMSU  *EXC* - ALESERV_delete_from_QR_DU-AL_failed
  

Problem conclusion

• UI97120
  
  DFHSMSU has been changed to check it is running on the QR TCB
  before attempting to create the task subspace.
