• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If "Resolve Recover/Rebuild Pending Objects" option is selected
  for the restore subsystem, the additional step, which generates
  a separate job to resolve RECOVER-pending or REBUILD-pending
  objects could skip certain index partitions. In some cases, this
  step can end with ABEND0C4.

Problem summary
