  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When a user invokes dcp targeting a     *
  *                      partitioned dataset, which is already   *
  *                      allocated by another user or job using  *
  *                      a shared disposition, dcp fails due to  *
  *                      a dataset contention problem.           *

  *                      The displayed errors are "cp: FSUM6259  *
  *                      target file" and "EDC5061I An error     *
  *                      occurred when attempting to define a    *
  *                      file to the system."                    *
  *                                                              *
  *                      This PTF resolves the issue.            *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY APAR/PTF. Follow instructions in PTF   *
  *                  HOLDs.                                      *
  ****************************************************************
  This is a maintenance release with a single bug fix.
  It is a full replacement for all prior versions of ZOAU 1.3.x.
