• This enhancement allows the Online Structural Change Utility to
  skip the copy step by using MADS as a shadow.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The Online Structure Change utility     *
  *                      (OSC) can use one of available          *
  *                      multiple area data sets (MADS) as the   *
  *                      shadow area data set.                   *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  If the new keyword SHADOW_ADS=MADS is specified, OSC uses the
  last available MADS that is registered in RECON data sets as the
  shadow area data set, which can reduce elapsed time and CPU time
  by eliminating the need to create and copy the new shadow area
  data set.
