PH62313: CPU AND MEMORY CONSUMPTION INCREASE WHEN UNLOADING LOB DATA IN NATIVE MODE 24/07/16 PTF PECHANGE

Error description

• After applying the maintenance for PH45159, the CPU and memory
  consumptions of an unload in native mode significantly
  increases. This occurs if the unload reads the data from the
  tablespace LDS  or a FlashCopy and the LOB data pages of the
  involved object are disorganized.
  

Local fix

• reorganize the input LOB tablespace and, for an unload from a
  FlashCopy dataset, use an image copy dataset created after the
  object has been reorganized.
