Error description

• If an integration node is migrated from IBM Integration Bus 10.0
  to IBM Integration Bus for z/OS 10.1, and the administrator
  decides not explicitly set a value for the
  webUserPasswordHashAlgorithm property, then the mqsiwebuseradmin
  command will fail with an exception when adding a new user:
  
  $ mqsiwebuseradmin fabritius -c -u admin -a password -r admin

• Explicitly set the new property webUserPasswordHashAlgorithm to
  the legacy value SHA-1, for example
  
  mqsichangeproperties fabritius -b webadmin -o server -n
  webUserPasswordHashAlgorithm -v SHA-1
