  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Various errors in EYU9Dnnn IPCS verbx   *
  *                      shown by messages such as -             *
  *                      "EYUDV0107I Eyecatcher for xxxxxxxx at  *
  *                         X'nnnnnnnn' is invalid."             *
  *                      "EYUDV0105E A loop has been detected    *
  *                         while formatting ...."               *
  *                      "EYUDV0106E An error has occurred while *
  *                         formatting xxxxxxxx"                 *
  *                                                              *
  *                      Also new API thread report required.    *
  ****************************************************************
  When using the EYU9Dnnn IPCS verbx to format CPSM data.
  #1 If the data is split over more than one data space, it is
  possible to pick the wrong data space and encounter various
  errors, depending on the contents of the area.
  This was noted for both WLM and TOP reports.
  Possible messages include -
  "EYUDV0107I Eyecatcher for xxxxxxxx at X'nnnnnnnn' is invalid."
  
  #2 - It was noticed that the "Data Cache List Table Summary" was
  misaligned in the CHE report.
  
  #3 - EYU0DVHF is used to check for loops in control block
  chains. It was calling out invalid loops because it wasn't
  checking the data space as well as the address.
  Message produced -
  "EYUDV0105E A loop has been detected while formatting ...."
  
  #4 - A new report was required to list API threads
  

Problem conclusion

• #1 In EYU0DVTF and EYU0DVWT code added to select on both
  data space and address.
  
  #2 Realigned the CHE summary header in EYU0DVCF.
  
  #3 Improved loop detection to check data space as well as
  address in EYU0DVHF.
  
  #4 New code added to report on API thread information in
  EYU0DVDF.
