Error description

• The queue manager abnormal termination followed the
  5C6-00E2000D abend as below. The abnormal termination of the
  queue manager due to the 5C6-00E2000D abend was not expected in
  this situation, the recovery processing was unable to handle
  the abend correctly.

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Abnormal queue manager termination      *
  *                      6C6 with REASON=00F30801 following an   *
  *                      abend 5C6-00E2000D in CSQSFBK due to an *
  *                      overlay of MQ common storage.           *
  ****************************************************************
  During deallocation processing CSQSFBK was called to free an
  MQ control block back to the storage pool it was obtained from.
  While validating the storage free request, CSQSFBK detected an
  error due to the first 4 bytes of the SHB having been overlaid,
  and abended 5C6-00E2000D.
  Recovery processing for the 5C6-00E2000D percolated, leading to
  the queue manager being terminated.
  
  The cause of the overlay could not be determined from the
  available dumps.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQSFBK is changed to correctly set up recovery, so that
  CSQSRSUP can handle the abend and retry, preventing the queue
  manager terminating as a result of the initial abend.
  
  CSQSCON2 is changed to perform additional validation when
  scanning SHB chains in order to detect and capture diagnostics
  for similar storage overlays in a more timely fashion.
