APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The Transaction Transit Log report is showing that Total IMS
  Response Time is less than total of InputQ, Process Time, and
  OutputQ times.
  
  Additional issue addressed:
  ABENDS0C4 IPI4QMGR PIC11 at x'226' when running a report.
                                                ABEND0C4 S0C4

Problem conclusion

• Transaction total time in IMS is corrected to be an accumulation
  of input queue, processing and output queue times.
