APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a conversion utility fails to convert column data into the
  EBCDIC encoding, the product may incorrectly perform the
  conversion from Unicode. This APAR corrects the behavior, and
  the tool will automatically switch to HEX representation.
  

Local fix

• Use option 'CHAR DATA IN HEX' manually for Unicode based
  tablespaces.
