  The maintenance mode collective APIs expect a POST with a body
  only.
  

Problem conclusion

• API documents are updated to only advertise the HTTP POST
  method. The API itself now returns HTTP 405 (invalid method)
  when called via an incorrect method.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
