PH61983: ENRICHED LOAD COMMAND TO EASE NON AS-DESIGNED POST PROCESSING

Error description

• The LOAD command generated by Db2 HPU when the LOADDDN option
  is specified is only meant to be used as an input for the Db2
  LOAD utility along with the unload data it is generated for.
  The only requirement regarding this LOAD command is to allow to
  load the unloaded data with the DB2 LOAD utility. There is no
  commitment regarding the syntax used.
  As some users exploit the load commands for other purposes,
  usually with the help of automated processes, they sometimes
  need/expect information from it such as the end position in the
  fields descriptions. DB2 HPU should allow to systematically
  generate this non-mandatory parameter in the fields
  descriptions.
  
  This would allow to generate a LOAD command with field
  specifications as follows
  
     fieldname   POSITION(start : end)
  
  instead of
  
     fieldname   POSITION(start)
