history table, duplicate DROP VERSIONING statement is generated.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: An Object Compare apply job contains    *
*                      duplicate DROP VERSIONING statements.   *
****************************************************************
When Object Compare is used to drop a system-period temporal
table with a history table, the DROP VERSIONING statement is
generated two times. The second DROP VERSIONING statement will
fail with SQLCODE -20525.
