  Missing load module DRL2S099 in SDRLLOAD is causing the
  collect to fail. The JCLIN for PH55138 did not include module
  DRL2S099, and as it superseded PH57200, it results in DRL2S099
  not being applied.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR incorporates both PH57200 and PH55138 to ensure both
  DRL2S099 and DRL2S992 are applied to the load library.
