PH61809: UPDATE PROCESSING OF BLOCKING POLICY WHEN DB2 IS UNAVAILABLE AT STARTUP

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If Db2 is down when STAP for Db2 is started and the Guardium
  Appliance pushes a blocking policy, the blocking policy will not
  be activated after Db2 is started. This update fixes the code
  execution path such that after Db2 is started, the blocking
  policy is activated.
  

Local fix

• reinstall the blocking policy when db2 is available
