Error description

• Enabling the Db2 resource limit facility may cause SQLCODE=495
  to be returned.

  When the Db2 resource limit facility is enabled, an SQL code of
  +495 may be returned and the process terminates.
  

Problem conclusion

• During a collect, the +495 warning message from Db2 will be
  displayed and processing continues. During an online dialog
  session, it does not end abnormally and processing continues.
