APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer is performing EXTRACT processing. They allocate a new
  EXTRACT data set via a DD statement in JCL. The data set is
  allocated as non-SMS managed.
  While the EXTRACT processing is able to create the data set,
  there may be errors reported in the Process Report of:
  "The file you are trying to access contains invalid data,
  no data, or has invalid data set attributes." or
  the report header may be missing the data set information and
  show "N/A" instead.

  and not managed by SMS. This may cause errors to be reported in
  the Process Report.
  Note that the EXTRACT/ARCHIVE data set itself has been created
  correctly and may be used for further processing.

• Optim processing will be corrected.
