Error description

• When LIU runs under IMS Administration Tool in BMP region and
  IMS catalog is not registered in DBRC, DFSRRC00 issues a DFS047A
  message with a reason code = 20 and then ABENDU3303.

  This APAR fixes LIU under IMS Administration Tool in BMP region
  not to cause ABENDU3303.
  When LIU calls DFSRRC00 to access IMS Catalog which is not
  registered in DBRC in BMP region, it causes ABENDU3303 with
  MSGDFS047A with a reason code 20.
  This APAR fixes LIU under IMS Administration Tool to call
  DFSRRC00 with DL/I and DBRC=N whenever LIU accesses unregistered
  IMS Catalog.
  

Problem conclusion

• The following module has been changed to call DFSRRC00 with DL/I
  and DBRC=N whenever LIU accesses unregistered IMS catalog.
