APAR status

Error description

  • When attempting to use the "VG - Recover to last GDG" command
after getting to the "Table Space Utilities" screen, the session
appears to freeze when entering the VG command and does not go
to the next screen. No error is received when attempting to use
the VG command, but every other command on that screen works and
goes to the next screen to edit generated JCL.

*                      processing to freeze or produce a       *
*                      dialog error.                           *

When selecting utility option "VG - Recover to last GDG" on
panel ADB2US,
processing freezes and does not progress further. If the utility
control option
"List/Customize Db2 Utility Options" is set to "YES", selecting
option "VG - Recover to last GDG" displays the following dialog
error:

Zerrmsg : ISPP296
Zerrsm : Panel 'ADB2USV' error
Zerrlm : .ATTR is specified for a field that is not on the
         panel.
