PH61450: ADD NEW COLUMNS TO KPM CICS TABLE

APAR status

• Closed as unreproducible in next release.

Error description

• Add the following columns to KPMC_MON_TRAN_H (as in
  CICS_TRANSACTION_H) :
  - BMS_REQUESTS_TOTAL to quickly identify 3270 transactions
  - SYNCPOINT_REQUESTS
  - RESPONSE_MAX_SEC and CPU_MAX_SEC to identify a possible
    anomaly during the interval (the peaks are smoothed over
    the interval) and lead us to deepen
  - DB2_REQS_COUNT and create a new one DB2_REQS_COUNT_MAX
