  * This APAR addresses two issues: the                          *
  * first is that an internal stored                             *
  * procedure used by Db2ZAI might                               *
  * receive an SQLCODE -802. The second                          *
  * is that the Db2ZAI SQL optimization                          *
  * regression resolution feature might                          *
  * fail with the following error:                               *
  * DSNT238I -<SUBSYSTEM_ID> REBIND ERROR                        *
  * USING <USER_ID> AUTHORITY PACKAGE =                          *
  * <LOCATION>.NULL.NULL.(<VERSION>) DOES                        *
  * NOT EXIST.                                                   *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  The Db2ZAI internal stored procedure INSERT_UI_METRICS_15
  receives an SQLCODE -802 when it divides by a CPU value of
  zero. The impact of this issue is that Db2ZAI SQL optimization
  may not function correctly for certain user queries, if the
  calculated CPU value is zero.
  
  The Db2ZAI SQL optimization regression resolution feature might
  fail with DSNT238I -<SUBSYSTEM_ID> REBIND ERROR USING <USER_ID>
  AUTHORITY PACKAGE = <LOCATION>.NULL.NULL.(<VERSION>) DOES NOT
  EXIST due to a timing issue.   The impact of this issue is that
  the regression cannot be resolved due to a failed rebind.
