Error description

• Error Message: Customers using JZOS on Semeru 11 and 17 may
  encounter an error whereby the JZOS load module is accessed both
  
  as a dataset and as a USS file causing the following RACF
  messages in the case of Java 17:

Local fix

• For Java 11:  Delete $JAVA_HOME/lib/JVMLDM16
  For Java 17:  Delete $JAVA_HOME/lib/JVMLDM17
  

Problem summary

• JZOS load module in wrong location
  

Problem conclusion

• Change Semeru builds on z/OS so that they only create only one
  copy of the JZOS load module, in the mvstools directory, and not
  the additional copy in lib.
