  • ABSTRACT:  Converting database from EBCDIC to UNICODE with
PROPAGATE = YES fails to update implicit tablespace

DESCRIPTION:  When the user runs ALT on a database to update
CCSID and sets PROPAGATE option to YES, the change fails to
propagate to implicit tablespaces and their tables
