Error description

• ABEND0C4 in ISPF dialog browse module FUWBRPRE while processing
  DB2 accounting (101) from SMF logstream.
  
  Additional symptoms:
  1) Loop in IPIIPROC after label REC37 near offsets x'26A2A' and
  x'26A32'.
  2) ABEND0C9 creating IMS transaction index due to invalid CA01
  timestamp resulting in the failure of the COMCSUTC formatting
  routine.
