APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In IBM Developer for z/OS 16.0.4 DB2 for z/OS Connections,
  successful queries which
  return 0 rows, including SELECTs with 0 results, UPDATES, and
  DELETEs should display the resulting Execution Status dialog.
  When a query is executed in a row where no information is found,
  the query is executed, but the display never shows an error.
  There is no clearing of the past query run and no indication
  that there is no error.
  

Local fix

• Look at the Query History in the Remote Systems View to trace
  SQL runs.  This display does give the success or failure and the
  output.
  The Query History can show in either the Remote Systems Detail
  or the Remote Monitor so that it is more visible.
  

Problem summary

• When executing a query that returns 0 rows without any warnings
  or errors, there is no display of the query results afterwards.
  

Problem conclusion

• After running a query which return 0 rows without any warnings
  or errors, we will display the results in the Execution Status
  dialog.
