Error description

• CICS TS 5.6 whilst running a CICS Java workload a one off
  failure.
  In the CICS messages log we saw :

  DFHSM0002 A severe error (code X'3014') has occurred in module
  DFHSMSU.

  DFHDU0205 A SYSTEM DUMP FOR DUMPCODE: SM0002  , WAS SUPPRESSED
  BY THE DUMP TABLE OPTION FOR THIS DUMPCODE
  DFHXM0306  A severe error (code X'1312') has occurred while
  initializing task number 63486 with transaction identifier FWEX.
  The task is suspended indefinitely.

Problem summary

  *                      has occurred in module DFHSMSU          *
  ****************************************************************
  A CICS region is started with TRANISO=YES. Many tasks are
  started from a JVMSERVER within the region. The majority of
  task attach runs on a T8 TCB, however, due to TRANISO being
  enabled, it is necessary to switch to QR during SM processing.
  
  There is a narrow timing window in which the SM system task can
  interleave with the task being attached resulting in the
  DFHSM0002. The following exceptions may be observed in the
  trace:

  SM 3014 SMSU *EXC* ALESERV_add_to_QR_DU-AL_failed
  XM 1312 XMTA *EXC* SMAR_ALLOCATE_TRANSACTION_STG_failed
  

Problem conclusion

• CICS has been updated to change the order in which the TCB
  switch occurs and the SM lock is obtained.
