  *                      implicit table spaces.                  *

  Before this APAR, the ALT line command was allowed to be used
  for only explicitly defined table spaces; implicit table spaces
  could be altered only by using the AL line command.
  This APAR enhances ALT so that it is now an alternative method
  for altering implicit table spaces.
