APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When the File Manager/CICS profile dataset is allocated in an
  extended address space on an EAV volume, and a logon to FM/CICS
  is attempted using this profile dataset, the following message
  is received:
   Profile dataset has invalid attributes
  

Local fix

• allocate the FM/CICS profile dataset on a non-EAV volume or in
  the non-extended address space of an EAV volume
