Error description

• During DB2 upgrading from V12 to V13, there would be a period
  that not all members of the Data Sharing Group are upgraded, if
  CDC starts during this period and is connected to a DB2 V12
  member, the CHC9105I message may show incorrect DB2 level
  information.

  The Db2 level shown in CHC9105I message are combined by Db2
  version with the Continuous Delivery Function level from the
  lowest APPLCOMPAT level that has been bound for CDC packages.
  This may lead to CHC9105I message showing incorrect Db2 level
  information during Db2 upgrade.
  

Problem conclusion

• The combined Db2 level information shown in CHC9105I message is
  replaced by the lowest APPLCOMPAT level bound for CDC packages.
