• COYNOD01 archive file contains an invalid symbolic link file
  that was shipped with Db2ZAI 1.5 PTF UI96333 and
  Db2ZAI 1.6 PTF UI96336, causing the installation of these PTFs
  to fail.

Local fix

• To alleviate this issue, create
  "/u/home/DB2ZAI/python-2017-04-12-py27/python36/bin/python3"
  before applying these PTFs.
