  This APAR provides a new DD statement for IMSDBREFRESH,
  IMSDBSTART, and IMSDBSTOP commands to support IMS-managed ACBs.

  IMSDBREFRESH, IMSDBSTART or IMSDBSTOP command references the
  IMS directory and IMS catalog instead of the ACBLIB and DBDLIB
  when the following conditions are met:
  - IMS Catalog Definition exit routine DFS3CDX0 specifies
    ALIAS=alias, CATALOG=YES and ACBMGMT=CATALOG.
  - New DD statement imsssidRESL specifies IMS RESLIB or USERLIB
    that contains DFS3CDX0.
  - IMS catalog is registered to the DBRC RECONs.
  
  New keywords IMS-BSDS-DDN, IMS-BSDS-DSN, IMS-BSDS-NOT-UPDATED
  and IMS-CATALOG-ALIAS are provided for IMSUPDATE command to
  support IMS-managed ACBs. IMSUPDATE command can change data set
  names in dynamic allocation members that are defined with
  TYPE=CATDSHLQ and the bootstrap data set(BSDS).

  Also, a new keyword IMS_BSDS_NOT_UPDATED_RC is provided for the
  IMS_OPTIONS section in the GCLINI member of the SGCLPARM
  library. The IMS-BSDS-NOT-UPDATED keyword specified in the GCLIN
  control statement can override the value of the
  IMS_BSDS_NOT_UPDATED_RC keyword in the GCLINI member.
