  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Abend DC4 in the SMF Extractor which    *
  *                      can propagate to other address spaces.  *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF provided.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  Abend DC4 in the SMF Extractor due to the memory limit being
  reached for above the bar (64-bit) memory usage.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. A new parameter MAX64 has been added to specify the maximum
  64-bit virtual storage the SMF Extractor may use.
  2. The recovery routines have been enhanced to handle memory
  limitations, and to allow the address space that originally
  wrote the SMF record to continue processing.
  3. A new MEMORY command has been added to display the 64-bit
  cellpool usage.
