• For NCPDP PACDR V51 HISTORY type tree, the mandatory
  alphanumeric, numeric and decimal fields are not erroring out
  when blank value (spaces) are being passed. It is still
  accepting it and for Numeric and Decimal its converting blank to
  
  zero ("0").
