Error description

• Currently, IMS Resource Change and ISPUFI can run when IMS
  control region is active in a specific LPAR. A DAI TAS member,
  which is connected by IMS Administration Tool ISPF exec, needs
  to run in the LPAR.
  This APAR enhances IMS Administration Tool subtasks to run in
  any of TAS members in TAS XCF group so that IMS Resource Change
  and ISPUFI can run when the IMS control region is active in any
  of LPARs where TAS member runs.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This is an enhancement to run IMS       *
  *                      Resource Change and IMS SPUFI for IMS   *
  *                      subsystems running across different     *
  *                      LPARs, and specify IMS Tools Knowledge  *
  *                      Base (ITKB) XCF Group Name.             *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  Currently, IMS Administration Tool has the restrictions:
  
    - The following functionalities cannot be run for IMS
      subsystems running across different LPARs.
      - Database and Application Administration>IMS Resource
        Change>DBD/PSB Resource Change
       -IMS SPUFI
    - ITKB XCF group name must be defined to ApplKbGroup
     (default ITKB XCF group) of DAI TAS configuration parameter
  
  This APAR resolves the restrictions as follows:
  
    - IMS Administration Tool subtasks to run in any of DAI TAS
      members in a single TAS XCF group so that the
      functionalities can run when the IMS control region is
      active in any of LPARs where TAS member runs.
    - ITKB XCF group name is asked at the beginning of ISPF exec
      ATY$PRIM to determine ITKB XCF group name if a default ITKB
      XCF group is not defined.
    - Note that the enhancements function in ISPF interface.
