Error description

• This APAR updates the IBM Unified Experience for z/OS splash
  screen seen when starting the UMS UI to update the version
  number of the IBM Db2 Administration Foundation for z/OS to
  accommodate future bundling configurations within shopZ. New mod
  level 1.2.1 is simply a packaging update, no impact to existing
  Db2 Admin Foundation or UMS clients.
