  contain forward slashes, while on windows back slashes are
  expected

  Log files indicate "The location needs to be within the IHS
  Root's /conf/ folder or some folder beneath /conf/" even though
  the conf file is correctly located.
  

Problem conclusion

• The webserver response file produced by using PMT will contain
  path values tailored to the Windows operating system.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
