Error description

• Add support for IMS V15.5 along with the following updates:
  1) Drop IMS v12.1, v13.1, v14.1 and v15.1 from ISPF prompts
     (FUWSYVPR panel).
  2) Updates are required to some Knowledge Modules as a result of
     IMS service and improvements to formatting for readability.
  3) Remove the dependency on RECON datasets in IMS log file
     selection when MDA is specified.
