****************************************************************
When a Web services SOAP request contains
"<![CDATA[dsjfdskjf" in SOAP Body, it gets transformed to
"<![CDATA[dsjfdskjf" which causes problems with some XML
parsers.

Problem conclusion

• This problem occurred because the data inside a CDATA section
of a SOAP request was not encoded by default. A JVM property:
com.ibm.websphere.webservices.encodeCdata is added to
override the default behavior and allow CDATA section to be
encded.

The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix packs
8.5.5.26 and 9.0.5.21. For more information, see 'Recommended
