  3. In some cases, a PROFILE MON. STATISTICS data block is
     generated even when IFCID 402 is not present.
  4. IEC999I message when OMPE Collector is stopping ABENDC03.
  5. Loop in recovery routine then memory corruption happens
     in NTH SUM RECORDS memory block header.
  6. SQLs out of UOW boundary are included in SQL index display.
  7. E3270UI ATF start data and time filters are not applied
     viewing ATF VSAM dataset.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Display message "Not a Distributed Thread" for threads that
     are not Distributed.
  2. Correct Package Name
  3. Fix processing of PROFSTAT subcommand.
  4. Close all files during shutdown.
  5. Fix loop in recovery routine after memory corruption.
  6. Only SQLs within UOW boundary are displayed.
  7. Added E3270UI ATF start date and time filters.
