PH60353: BACK-PORT REQUEST FOR PH55123 FROM CICS 6.1 TO CICS 5.6 - LOOP IN DFHDSDS3

Error description

• This request is to back port APAR PH55123 from 6.1 to v5.6.
  
  CICS region using high CPU but no user tasks seem to be using
  any CPU, SYSTRACE shows loop in DFHDSDS3 processing the CICS
  STIMER_ARRAY.

  *                      processing STIMER_ARRAY elements.       *
  ****************************************************************
  CICS enters an un-ending loop in module DFHDSDS3 because a
  STIMER_ARRAY element's STIMER_NEXT_ACTIVE index points to
  itself.
  CPU usage becomes very high, but CICS is unable to process
  work on the QR TCB.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHDSDS3 has been modified to correct the way that the
  STIMER_ARRAY is managed.
