Error description

• The ISPF Editor REXX Exec is causing VARCHAR columns to be
  padded with spaces.

  When editing tables via the ISPF Editor utility, VARCHAR columns
  are being padded with spaces.
  

Problem conclusion

• DRLEAEDT removes trailing spaces on VARCHAR columns before
  inserting them to the table.
