Error description

• Disaster Recovery INITONLY function erroneously generates JCL
  for index initialization when the following conditions are all
  met:
  - 'Execute Index Rebuild' is set to Y on 'System Recovery
  Option' panel.
  - 'Include indexes in recovery list' is set to N on 'Recovery
  Utility Options' panel.
  The erroneously generated JCL can cause error or abend.
