  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: For some large input modules, ABO       *
  *                      consumes a significant amount of CPU    *
  *                      time and memory to optimize the         *
  *                      modules. This APAR adds improvements to *
  *                      reduce CPU time consumption and memory  *
  *                      use by ABO while optimizing these       *
  *                      modules. Modules that contain a large   *
  *                      constant area are most likely to show   *
  *                      reduced CPU time and memory consumption *
  *                      during ABO optimization.                *
