  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Add a timeout option to asynchronous    *
  *                      servlet's dispatches or runnables if    *
  *                      it cannot obtain any thread after       *
  *                      some elapsed time.                      *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  Asynchronous servlet's dispatches or runnables are times-out
  and cancelled after 15 seconds if it cannot obtain any thread.
  

Problem conclusion

• The thread scheduler timeout can be changed via the
  WebContainer custom property:
  
  com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.asyncThreadScheduleTimeout = long
  (default is 15000) milliseconds
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.26 and 9.0.5.21
