Error description

• PRR dump ABEND04E RC00C90101 at DSNGEFBK:0000 may occur on
  allocating a EDM storage block, if a previous execution of a
  package is cancelled when Db2 is loading the SKPT into memory

Problem summary

  *                      ABEND04E RC00C90101 at DSNGEFBK:0000    *
  *                      may occur next time when a package is   *
  *                      executed.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply corrective PTF when available          *
  ****************************************************************
  When CANCEL a package execution, an EDM storage block for the
  package is placed in a defer-free chain.  The next time a
  package is executed, storage in the defer-free chain is freed.
  
  The above diagnose dump may be produced if the EDM block in the
  free chain is not initialized correctly.
  

Problem conclusion

• Db2 is changed to intialize the EDM block correctly.  It will
  not produce the diagnose dump in this case.
