* Enhanced template validation for the recently modified DDL

This enhancement APAR provides the following features for the
Db2 DevOps Experience for z/OS:

- Enhanced application creation to consider objects which
  are needed to maintain referential integrity due to objects
  define with ON DELETE NO ACTION as required objects
- Enhanced template validation for the recently modified DDL
  before implementing any changes to the object.
